Rob was very knowledgeable, detailed on his reports, punctual & very reliable! His reports were thorough and very helpful! We used him for pre-drywall inspection, walk through inspection prior to closing and also trust him to come back at the 11 months time frame prior to the 1 year builder warranty expiring. Robert was extremely professional, quick, and to the point. I recently purchased a new build home and I had no issues with using this service, and was even offered services at my 11month mark. I wasn’t aware that it was ideal for a follow up at the 11month mark of new builds, and learned something new. The home was already perfect, and Robert still managed to find things that needed to be fixed, all of which were handled accordingly thanks to the “keen eye” of Tiger Eye Home Inspections.
